Only a few final days are left, and it is right to inform all participants and visitors about the scheduled program for our inaugural event. The main activities will take place at the Main Square, from the beginning of the square all the way to the retractable bollards at the entrance to the pedestrian zone at the end of Šutna.
MONDAY, JUNE 24:
- 10:00 Setup of barriers and preparation of the event venue
- 14:00 Closure of parking spaces at the venue
- 16:00 Opening of the registration office (KAVARNA VERONIKA) and pickup of starting numbers and starter packages
- 20:00 End of pickup for starting numbers and starter packages and closure of the registration office
TUESDAY, JUNE 25:
- 07:00 Opening of the registration office (KAVARNA VERONIKA ) for starting numbers ONLY (starter packages and others upon arrival at the finish)
- 08:45 Welcome speeches by the mayor and organizer
- 09:00 MASS START FOR ALL COURSES 15 km, 75 km, 130 km
- 09:40 Arrival of the first participants at Črnivec
- 10:30 Arrival of the first participants from the 15 km COURSE ASCENT TO ČRNIVEC at the finish venue
- 11:00 Start of massages for participants at KAVARNA VERONIKA
- 11:15 Arrival of the first participants from the 75 km HOBBY COURSE at the finish venue
- 11:30 Ćevapčiči and beer for participants, KAVARNA VERONIKA
- 12:00 Masterchef culinary delights at the main square
- 12:30 Arrival of the first participants from the 130 km PRO COURSE at the finish venue
- 13:30-14:00 START OF THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND AWARDS CEREMONY

IMPORTANT:
- Ensure that you arrive at the venue on time and collect your starting numbers well before the event to avoid last-minute panic and inconveniences.
- Pickup of numbers will require personal identification; if you are collecting numbers for others, bring a copy of their identification.
- Participation in the event is only possible for registered participants. All others will be removed from the venue and routes by the police and the organizer. Interfering with the course of the race and its results will result in disqualification of the participating contestants involved.
